GENERAL RULES FOR ADMISSION
NURSERY
- Age Should be three years and three months or Above on 31st March,2018
- Original Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam and AADHAR CARD ( If available) must be submitted.
KG
- Age Should be four years and three months or Above on 31st March,2018.
- Original Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam and AADHAR CARD ( If available) must be submitted.
PREP
- Age Should be four years and three months or Above on 31st March,2018.
- Original Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam and AADHAR CARD ( If available) must be submitted.
Class I - V
- Age Should be Six years and Above on 31st March,2018.
- Original Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam must be submitted or Student Should present Original Transfer Certificate from the Recognized School with Counter Signature of Concerned authority & AADHAR CARD ( If available).
Class VI - VIII
- Age as Per C.B.S.E. Norms on on 31st March,2018.
- Original Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam must be submitted or Student Should present Original Transfer Certificate from the Recognized School with Counter Signature of Concerned authority & AADHAR CARD ( If available).
Class IX
- Age as Per C.B.S.E. Norms on 31st March,2018.
- Original Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam must be submitted or Student Should present Original Transfer Certificate from the Recognized School with Counter Signature of Concerned authority & AADHAR CARD ( If available).
- Student must studied C.B.S.E. English Medium Curriculum, Original Mark Sheet from Last class passed Should be attached.
Class X
- Student must have passed class X from recognized Board equivalent to C.B.S.E. and Should qualify school EntranceTest.
- Student should place original Mark Sheet and T.C duly Counter signed by Board authority at the time of Interview.
Class XI
- FOR PCM:Student must score 8 grade point individually in Science, Maths and English in Class X in SA-2 Exam (Board or Home).
- FOR PCB: Student must score of 6 grade point in Science and English.
- FOR COMMERCE: Student must score of 6 grade point in Maths, Social Science and English. Student who have taken commerce as sixth subject will be given Preference.
- For Optional Subject:
- For Computer Science: Student who have opted IT in IX and X as sixth subject and score 7 grade point will be given Computer Science.
- For Physical Education: Student who is physically fit (clearing the Physical Test) and part of School team (any game or Sport Event) will be given Physical Education.
Promotion Criteria in Class XII
- Minimum 40% marks in theory and Practical exam (separately) of each subject is Required in Final Exam.
- If absent in Practical/ theory exam during the Half yearly and Final Exam, they will not get the promotion in Class XII.
- But in medical case or Crucial Circumstances and Special Cases student is Promoted to Class XII(on Condition) by filling form of undertaking and appearing in exam of July(1st Week). On the basis of that result student will be given final promotion in Class XII.
CONDITION: If he or She Fails in that exam and Teacher feels no hope of Improvement then he/she has to repeat Class XI.
